Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits


About the Role


As an HPC Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be the technical powerhouse supporting sales efforts - working closely with both internal teams and clients to design tailored, high-performance solutions that align with real-world business needs. From responding to RFPs to architecting scalable compute clusters, your expertise will directly influence customer success.



Key Responsibilities for the HPC Pre-Sales Engineer include


  • Collaborate with sales to identify and qualify HPC opportunities.
  • Design and propose bespoke HPC solutions across compute, storage, networking, and software.
  • Provide deep technical guidance on HPC hardware (CPUs, GPUs, storage, interconnects) and software (schedulers, parallel computing frameworks).
  • Lead technical discussions, address client queries, and overcome objections throughout the pre-sales cycle.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed solution documentation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with HPC trends and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to highlight the value of our offerings.


Skills required for the HPC Pre-Sales Engineer include:


  • 5+ years in HPC environments (architecture, solution design, or technical sales).
  • Expertise in HPC systems, parallel computing, job scheduling, and storage.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) with HPC systems.
  • Strong grasp of high-speed networking technologies and HPC performance tuning.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience preparing technical proposals for large-scale projects
