? What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C#/.NET (Core and Framework)
- Work on mission-critical applications that comply with medical data regulations (e.g. GDPR, MDR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and medical consultants
- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure database access (SQL Server)
- Optimize performance and reliability of backend systems in a cloud-based environment (Azure preferred)
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers
✅ What You Bring
- Fluent German (C1+) and professional English communication skills
- 3+ years of experience with C#/.NET backend development
- Solid experience with SQL, REST APIs, microservices, and modern DevOps workflows
- Experience in healthcare, med-tech, or other regulated environments is a plus
- A passion for clean code, testing, and meaningful work
