Our client, well established M&A boutique is looking for strong additions to their team in Hamburg

Responsibilities:

• Support deal execution across all phases, including financial modeling and due diligence
• Conduct market and company research to identify potential targets and buyers
• Prepare pitch materials, teasers, and client presentations
• Assist in the coordination of legal, financial, and strategic aspects of transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Up to 1 year of relevant internship or work experience in corporate finance, M&A, or consulting
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with valuation methods (DCF, multiples)
• Native-level German and fluent English communication skills
