Looking for candidates for a long term contract position of Prisma Access Browser - Sales Engineer based in France, Germany and Dubai.


We are looking for a Sales Engineer to work on the Prisma Access GTM team. This position will report to our regional leader in GTM and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.


Your Impact

This position calls for someone who possesses a good technical and sales background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Deep experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Networking and Network Security (FW, Proxy, etc.)
  • Host Protection (EDR/EPP)
  • Identity Management
  • Data leakage prevention


  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies


  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills


Your Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for the last 3 years (level 1 engineer) / 6 years (level 2 engineer)
  • Proven track record selling cyber security complex enterprise solutions
  • Own relationship with assigned clients and ensure satisfaction of all assigned clients, and aid clients in achieving their goals and success criteria defined.
  • Conduct deep technical discovery
  • Build with customer business success stories and case studies according to methodology defined
  • Work closely with Product and R&D teams to represent the customer and ensure deliverables are according to the customer requirements specifications
  • Success driven
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Perform 1st-level support and triage of client technical issues and create detailed tickets outlining reported problems
  • Fluent in Update reports, Salesforce and all data driven decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills, people person
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base


Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing Technical Support:
  • Provide expert technical support and resolve issues.
  • Assist customers with product usage and inquiries.


  • Pre-Sales Support and Proof of Concept (PoC):
  • Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demos, and manage PoC projects.
  • Build strong technical relationships with customers.
  • Direct customers to appropriate support channels for non-technical issues.
  • Communicate customer feedback to R&D and product teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.


  • Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Maintain product knowledge and train customers and staff.
  • Serve as a technical resource for the team.


  • Project Management:
  • Lead customer deployment projects.
  • Ensure successful implementation and configuration of solutions.
