? Your Role:

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for both Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities across the production process. You'll ensure that every product meets the highest standards and customer expectations through system audits, process inspections, and continuous improvement.

?️ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end product quality (from raw materials to final assembly).
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and inspection standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead internal audits and support external audit compliance (ISO, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and supply chain.

? What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control & assurance in manufacturing (preferably home appliances) or any other industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both of German & English.
