Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Aerospace Design Engineer for Production Support (m/w/d)

Job Location: Wessling/ Oberpfaffenhofen, Bavaria, DE

Working on-site is required: yes

Work Field: Engineering

Working Time: 35h/ week

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

You support production and supply chain management with engineering know-how.

You evaluate non-conforming components with regard to usability and Airworthiness

You carry out technical root cause analyses of deviations and initiate corrective measures in cooperation with other departments, suppliers and customers.

You support technical transfers of planned work scopes.

Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comperable

Profound experience in the design of aircraft fuselages and with relevant Manufacturing technologies

Experience in dealing with production deviations in the area of structure and conducting technical root cause analyses, ideally for Airbus

Good knowledge of general aeronautical regulations, in particular Part 21J/Part21G

Good knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

Structured and proactive way of working, ability to analyze technical issues, strong judgment and ability to work in a multi-national team

Confident in use MS Office 365

Language Skills oral and written: German C1, Englisch C1
