We're looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Sales Engineer to join a pioneering company transforming the future of housing through modular, sustainable construction. In this role, you'll build and maintain a network of residential property developers and investors, guide clients through our innovative construction system, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey solutions.
You'll bring expertise in architecture, civil or industrial engineering, and at least five years of experience in the construction or property sector. Strong negotiation skills, customer focus, and a commitment to sustainability are key.
About the role
- Building and maintaining a network of developers and investors of turnkey residential properties
- Comprehensive customer advice on our construction system, from concept presentation to contract conclusion, using consistent digital processes
- Coordination of project concept development and quotation preparation in cooperation with the component development and construction departments
- Drafting, negotiation and conclusion of construction contracts according to the German Civil Code (BGB) and the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB)
About you
- Studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification, with a strong interest in sustainable construction
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the construction and/or architecture industry, including project management or the sale of turnkey properties (ideally with a general contractor or general contractor), preferably with experience in planning and timber construction
- Confident demeanor, even in negotiation situations
- Passion for sales and customer service with a focus on sustainable living solutions
