Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany (Hybrid – 3 days a week)

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join my client's dynamic Product team. In this role, you’ll analyze user behavior to generate insights, support A/B testing, and deliver actionable data to drive product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior to generate actionable product insights
• Support A/B testing from setup to analysis
• Monitor data to identify trends, anomalies, and test outcomes
• Deliver datasets to support data-driven features
• Work on core product areas: search, homepage, filters, and map experience
• Contribute to projects exploring AI tools, including AI-powered search features
• Focused on improving product and user experience

Essential Skills:

• Strong attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with R, Python, SQL, Hadoop, BigQuery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with A/B testing
• Exposure to consumer-facing apps
• Comfortable working with B2B tech products
• At least 2 years of Data Analyst experience (open to more experience)
