About the Role
We are looking for Construction Managers to support the planning and execution of EV charging infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of EV charging stations.
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, tendering, execution, and documentation of nationwide construction projects.
- Work closely with expansion teams, architects, project managers, and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Supervise contractors and construction firms, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to technical requirements.
- Manage final inspections, commissioning, and handover of completed charging stations to the operations team.
- Engage in training and onboarding workshops to deepen your knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and construction best practices.
What You Bring
- A degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant engineering field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in structural, civil, road, plant construction, or electrical installations is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience in construction project execution, with basic knowledge of tendering and VOB regulations (or a strong willingness to learn).
- A team player mindset with excellent communication skills to coordinate with various project stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites across the country.
- A valid Class B driver’s license.
- Fluency in both English and the local language.
