About the Role:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop the European sales team, driving growth strategies and managing distributor networks.
• Market Insight: Identify and prioritise target growth areas, monitor customer trends, market analysis, pricing dynamics and competition.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work with the General Manager to design long-term commercial strategies and position Rain Bird products in specific markets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Professional: 10+ years in international sales/business development, with proven leadership and accountability for results, including P&L responsibility.
• Skilled Communicator: Business-level proficiency in English and German, with strong experience in reporting and presenting.
• Distribution Expertise: Deep understanding of product promotion, pricing, channel development, and market planning, with a willingness to travel for business.
