HR Manager (f/m) – Leading Cultural Transformation | Southern Germany

A well-established industrial company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to support a major transformation at one of its key production sites in Southern Germany.

Your mission:

You’ll act as a strategic partner to the site leadership team and lead a small HR team, with the goal of building a more engaging, people-centric culture while maintaining strong HR operations.

What you’ll do:

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and cultural transformation
• Lead and develop the local HR team
• Support leaders on performance and talent development
• Ensure smooth HR operations, including labor law and payroll
• Use HR data to guide your strategy and continuous improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in an industrial setting
• Background in cultural change and people development
• Fluent German, comfortable in English
• Hands-on, collaborative, and strategic mindset
