AdSplicit is a global Performance Creative Agency working remotely with team members across the world. We help European and American D2C brands grow by managing ad campaigns and producing creatives that convert — with content tailored to local markets and ad performance in mind. ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Strategy- Manage a POD of D2C clients and be their first point of contact
- Share performance updates, strategic changes, and roadmap plans with confidence and clarity
- Guide clients through the creative process and make sure we deliver what matters: performance
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to align on strategy, content, and results
Project & Team Management- Lead daily stand-ups and keep everyone aligned and accountable
- Keep ClickUp up to date with tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Flag and fix blockers early, ensuring projects stay on track
- Review and approve creative work before it goes to the client
- Maintain the POD's rhythm and energy while keeping high standards
Process & Performance Improvement- Spot inefficiencies and implement smarter workflows
- Ensure client deliverables are always shipped on time
- Optimize internal communication and production timelines
- Push for continuous improvement and share new ideas weekly
- Protect margin, manage utilization, and support team efficiency
Required Professional Skills- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital or creative agency
- Proven track record in account management, ideally with a focus on creative or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid social platforms
- Strong communication and leadership skills — you know how to lead client relationships and internal teams with confidence
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 3+ people, with the ability to align, delegate, and motivate across roles and disciplines
- Experience managing multiple accounts and high-volume deliverables
- Skilled in using project management tools like ClickUp, Frame, Slack, and Google Drive
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language skills (Dutch, German, French) are a plus
