Sales Manager - Consumer Power

Pramac, as part of the third biggest diesel generator and the first gas generator manufacturer group worldwide, is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented DIY Sales Manager – Consumer Power to join our dynamic team.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales growth of our Consumer Power product range within the German market
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the DIY channel and increase market share
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and budget objectives
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, identifying key trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the DIY sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers (buyers) within the DIY channel
  • Manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, service) to achieve business objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments within the DIY market


Requirements:

  • 5 - 10+ years of successful sales experience in the DIY channel, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the German market
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluent in english
