We want to work with a flexible and enthusiastic individual who will be required to support the development of our European vehicles locally as well as globally - jointly with our teams in our headquarter in China.

Job Description：

• Ensure Chery vehicles in Europe are easy to use and intuitive
• Ensure Chery vehicles in Europe have all necessary and relevant features regarding HMI for a successful Europe market entry
• Define Unique Selling Points in the area of User interface to support the defined market position of Chery vehicles in Europe
• Run detailed benchmark of HMI of competing models/brands in Europe
• Support HMI team in E/E with a user-centric approach
• Monitor latest upcoming development trends and technological requirements in the field of HMI
• Close collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China) and the Europe market related subsidiaries (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from the technical and commercial perspective

Requirements:

• You have a Degree in Electronic Engineering or comparable
• You have significant (>3 years) experience in a similar position for HMI at a Tier 1 or OEM
• You are able to support functional teams to achieve an intuitive user experience
• You have a detailed understanding of Human perception
• You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license
• You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment
• You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude
• You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset
• You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)
• You are fluent in EnglishMandarin skills advantageous
