Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and integration projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Engage with clients to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and tailor NetSuite to address specific operational needs across various departments.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance during deployment and post-go-live stages.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and support materials for end-users to maximise system adoption.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while also demonstrating autonomy in managing tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues, and recommend sustainable solutions to enhance performance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in implementing and integrating NetSuite across diverse business environments.
• Strong skills in analysing complex requirements and translating them into effective NetSuite configurations.
• Proven ability to customise NetSuite to align with unique business processes and reporting needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• NetSuite certifications are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
