Position: Construction Project Manager (BOP)
Projects: Onshore Wind
Location: North or South Germany (Flexible)
Salary: Up To €110,000 + Car (Depending on experience)

Our client is a leading renewable energy company specializing in the development, construction, and operation of onshore and offshore wind, solar, and innovative energy storage solutions. With a strong international presence, the company has a Multi-GW pipeline across Europe and continues to drive forward renewable energy solutions for the future.
The Role:
- Overall responsibility for the timely, quality- and cost-effective execution of wind farm projects, from the approval phase to commissioning.
- Preparation of tenders and conduct of contract negotiations with plant manufacturers, suppliers, construction companies and other external service providers and partners.
- Responsibility for the execution planning and timely completion of wind and photovoltaic projects, taking into account compliance with budgets and financing conditions.
- Responsibility for the overall internal and external stakeholder management of projects in the implementation phase.
- Coordination and monitoring of all internal and external interfaces and service providers involved in the planning, preparation and construction.
- Continuous reporting and ensuring complete project documentation and smooth handover of the completed projects to the operational management.
Your Profile:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Professional experience in similar roles, particularly in technical project management for construction or energy projects.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Confident and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., CAD).
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken). French language skills are a plus.
