We’ve partnered with a fast-growing tech company that is looking for a highly experienced Data Scientist to drive data strategy, machine learning implementation, and data product development across the org. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale data solutions, mentor a growing team, and establish best practices in data science and analytics.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Driving data science and analytics strategy, fostering collaboration and best practices across the Data chapter
• Improving existing data analysis and reporting structures
• Designing and optimizing data pipelines with tools like Apache Airflow, DAGster, and DBT
• Working with large datasets to enhance product performance and decision-making
• Establishing best practices for cost-effective, scalable data solutions
• Mentoring and guiding data analysts and scientists within the organization

Ideal Experience:

• Proven industry experience in big data, data warehousing, and data products
• Relevant background in LLMs, NLP, and predictive modeling (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Spark, DuckDB, Snowflake, and Metabase
• Expertise in building scalable data pipelines and working with large datasets
• Knowledge of servant leadership principles in autonomous product team environments
