Lead IT Strategy & Drive Digital Transformation in a Global Industry Leader!

My client is a globally leading French company specializing in vibration control, fluid management, and sealing technology solutions. To successfully implement the IT strategy and roadmap, we are looking for an IT Director (m/w/d) based in Speyer.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership: Oversee, manage, and lead the IS/IT resources within your entity
• Workforce & Resource Planning: Distribute workload based on skill sets and future workforce evolution
• Project & Budget Management: Ensure compliance with budgetary procedures while handling both operational and project finances
• Process & Performance Optimization: Analyze and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
• IT Governance & Security: Ensure consistency of projects and applications within the global IT strategy, while enforcing IS quality and security procedures
• Business & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison between IT and business management, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration
• Change Management & Digital Evolution: Drive transformation initiatives and communicate IT advancements effectively

Your Skills & Qualification

• University degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in IT & digital transformation
• Strong expertise in IT service delivery & technical infrastructure project management
• Proven leadership & negotiation skills
• Fluent in German & English
