Position: Senior Sales Manager (Automotive) – EMEA


Location: Munich, Germany


Our client, a leading semiconductor distributor in Munich, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and manage key automotive accounts across EMEA. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the automotive sector and semiconductor sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for direct automotive customers in the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work with sales teams to capture new business opportunities and drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including global pricing and development agreements.
  • Travel across the region to foster relationships and drive strategic opportunities.


Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor sales or sales management within the automotive sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex supply chain/logistics requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA.
