Key Responsibilties


  • Managing the entire "Employee Work Cycle".
  • Responsibility for the accurate preparation of the monthly payroll in close collaboration with the external service provider.
  • Acting as a point of contact for authorities, government offices, and social insurance agencies.
  • Preparation of monthly reports, statistics, and evaluations
  • Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining records and databases, managing the time management system.
  • Supporting and closely collaborating with managers and employees.
  • Responsibility for Talent Acquisition in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizing training sessions in accordance with company policy.
  • Participation in projects, including project responsibility.
  • Close and trusted collaboration with the works council.


Profile


  • Completed qualifications in HR.
  • Several years of professional experience in a payroll role, ideally in an international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws.
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
  • Working in a structured manner, is good at planning, can maintain an overview, strong communication skills and assertiveness.
  • High service and customer orientation.
  • Strong initiative, a hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and proficient use of common MS Office programs.
