Title: Global Business Development Manager for a leading global logistics company

Location: Across Germany


You will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives with key clients. You will work closely with clients on a strategic level, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will be fully integrated into the eRetail & Fashion vertical structure, allowing you to leverage specialized knowledge and resources to drive success and innovation within these designated sectors. Operating within a global matrix sales organization, you will orchestrate all sales functions across the corporation, ensuring cohesive and effective strategies are implemented and results are met worldwide.


  • Develop and execute division sales strategy in the eRetail & Fashion sector
  • Establish target accounts to grow existing & develop new business on a cross Business Unit level
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing Strategic Key Customers
  • Coordination of all sales activities with these Customers


Experience


  • Possession of substantial professional experience as a sales manager in an international, preferably global context
  • Extensive experience in multi-level personnel management
  • A profound understanding of global logistics processes, particularly across the entire supply chain
  • Strong Relationship Management Skills
