Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Western part of Germany. The ideal candidate will be located in North Rhine Westphalia and possess extensive knowledge of the diagnostics market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical microbiological diagnostics market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge of the market in diagnostics and molecular biology
- 2+ years sales experience in the diagnostics market
- Life Scientific degree
- Proven experience as a sales person with a successful track record.
- Fluency in German and English
