We’re hiring a Korean-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing international team based in Cyprus. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others and an interest in working in a fast-paced digital service environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality support to Korean-speaking users via chat and email
- Assist with account setup, site navigation, and troubleshooting
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve user queries and ensure platform safety
- Gather and share customer feedback to help improve service delivery
What You’ll Need
- Native or fluent Korean (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service (online platforms a bonus)
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus and work in shifts, including evenings/weekends
