Role: Construction Project Manager – Solar PV

Location: Hamburg, Hybrid (4.5 day week)

The Role:

You’ll manage Solar PV projects across Germany, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.

Based in the Hamburg area, you’ll work in a hybrid setup with flexibility and autonomy, supported by a 4.5-day working week and occasional project travel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Solar PV projects from planning through to construction and handover
• Manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractors across multiple disciplines
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to maintain project progress
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality expectations
• Represent the company in meetings with suppliers, local authorities, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Fluent German required
• Based in the Hamburg area
• Background in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
• 2+ years’ experience managing technical construction projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Renewable energy experience is not required—full training provided
