HR Generalist (m/f/d) – Near Lüdenscheid

Your Role

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of administrative HR management
  • Serve as the go-to person for our employees on all HR-related topics
  • Manage and oversee the preparation and follow-up of payroll
  • Manage the onboarding process for new team members
  • Keep our internal databases up to date and handle related administrative tasks
  • Advise leaders and employees on HR measures
  • Prepare HR analyses and reports, independently identify trends, and initiate appropriate measures
  • Handle personnel cost controlling and prepare reports for internal and external purposes
  • Take part in and lead HR projects

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training with additional HR qualification (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann, Personalbetriebswirt, or comparable)
  • Several years of professional experience in HR
  • Strong customer, service, and solution orientation, with empathy and a true team spirit
  • Initiative, high implementation and results orientation
  • Flexible, proactive, and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of SAP HCM and very good Microsoft Office skills
