Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Total Experience Required: 10 to 12+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 10–12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, Germany Payroll, and Time Management

Work Location: Ulm, Germany

1. Must be currently based in Germany, or
2. Willing to relocate to Ulm, Germany from anywhere within Europe or the UK

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs

Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Germany

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 2 times a week at office)

Languages Required: Fluent Germany (C1 Level), English

We're looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant for a contract role based in Ulm, Germany.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent German (C1 level)
• 10–12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, Germany Payroll, and Time Management
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC configuration, schemas/PCRs, HR-FI integration, and German tax and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex payroll issues and interfaces (e.g., T&A, Benefits, Retroactivity)
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration, HRSP installation, and year-end payroll processes
