Project Engineer – Offshore Wind Cabling (Germany)

Location: Germany (with travel; flexible/hybrid working)

Contract: 18 months - Full-time

Sector: Offshore Wind | EPCi | Cable Installation (shallow water / nearshore)

On behalf of my client, a leading EPCi contractor for shallow water cable installation, I am looking for a skilled Project Engineer to support offshore wind projects in Germany. The company plays a key role in connecting offshore wind farms and offshore substations to the onshore grid.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for offshore cable installation
• Coordinate across engineering, offshore teams, and suppliers
• Contribute to technical documentation, method statements, and HSE planning
• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, Marine Engineering, etc.)
• Experience in offshore wind, subsea cables, or marine construction
• Familiarity with shallow water operations is advantageous
• Excellent English skills; fluent German is preferred
