For our client, one of the world's largest provider of Automatic Test Equipment (Chip Test Systems for the Semiconductor Industry), we are looking for a Senior Software Solutions / Data Engineer (m/f/d) in permanent employment:
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Ownership: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack, three-tier application, a Data Analytics Platform (Database, Application layer, Presentation Layers) in a cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and offshore developers to ensure effective communication, alignment, and timely delivery of features.
- Code Quality Management: Establish and enforce a structured code quality assurance process for the offshore development team, ensuring that all code meets high standards of reliability, functionality, and maintainability before release.
Required Qualifications:
- Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams, including offshore developers, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Programming: Proficient in Python and SQL (mandatory)
- Cloud Experience: Strong experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms; familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based applications.
- Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of network architecture, including IP routing and security, particularly in cloud environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with JavaScript, PySpark, Docker, Apache Airflow
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) systems
