We're partnering with a pioneering technology company undergoing global transformation to appoint a Global Head of Human Resources. This executive role will shape and lead the company's international people strategy across APJ, India, EMEA, the Middle East, and the Americas, while overseeing all HR operations at HQ in Germany.

Key Focus Areas:

* Design and execute a global HR strategy that supports growth and transformation

* Lead regional HR teams and ensure local compliance, including Works Council engagement in Germany

* Drive organizational change, scalable HR infrastructure, and inclusive culture

* Lead talent development, succession planning, and total rewards strategy

What You Bring:

* Proven global HR leadership in transformation, M&A, or spin-off environments

* Expertise in German labour law and international employment practices

* Strong stakeholder influence, cultural agility, and hands-on leadership

* Fluency in English (German preferred)
