HR Business Partner - Germany & Europe

• Berlin or Munich
• €70k - €80k per annum
• Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office
• Regional travel

Oakleaf Partnership Europe are seeking a HR Business Partner to join a thriving international business and support teams across Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Czechia. If you're an experienced HR professional ready to take on a strategic, regional role-this is your opportunity to;

• Partner with the Head of Germany and senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals
• Coach managers and teams for performance, engagement, and growth
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning
• Act as the go-to HR contact for all people matters
• Use data and insight to shape future HR initiatives
• Support across compensation, job architecture, employee relations & more

What we're looking for:

• 5-7 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
• Experience working across European countries
• Strong communication skills and commercial HR mindset
• Fluent in German & English
• Confident, proactive, and adaptable
