Customer Onboarding Specialist – German

Location: Hybrid (Dublin office 3 days/week, WFH Monday & Friday)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: €35,000 + €1,000 sign-on bonus


About the Role

TELUS Digital is looking for a German-speaking Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new customers in implementing HR software. If you love tech, problem-solving, and customer success, this role is perfect for you!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guide new customers through onboarding via emails & video calls.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert product advice.
  • Assist with importing and validating customer data.
  • Help create training materials (e.g., webinars, help center articles).
  • Optimize processes and contribute to automation improvements.

What You Need:

✔ Fluent German (C-level) and English (spoken & written).

✔ Experience in Customer Success or a customer-facing role.

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data-driven work.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in B2B software, Zendesk, Gainsight, or Jira.

Passion for digital transformation in HR.
