Role overview
As a CRM Specialist, you will be the central interface between WongDoody and the company – you will translate brand visions into targeted, data-based CRM measures and thus create exceptional customer experiences in the premium segment of the automotive industry.

This is what awaits you
- Strategic development and implementation of a holistic CRM strategy to sustainably increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Consulting and operational management of internal departments and external agencies in the planning and implementation of targeted CRM measures – from the idea to implementation
- Target group segmentation based on behavioral data, interests, and customer development stages – to derive tailored measures along the customer journey (activation, retention, and recovery)
- Conception, management and analysis of high-performance CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS) in close coordination with various departments and agencies
- Development, automation, and optimization of scalable customer journeys for relevant use cases (e.g., onboarding, reactivation, loyalty)
- Interface management & quality assurance between corporate goals and agency implementation – with a clear focus on efficiency and brand fit
- Data-driven Collaboration : Close collaboration with data teams to develop insights, KPIs and data-based recommendations for action
- Monitoring, reporting & optimization of relevant success indicators (e.g. customer lifetime value, churn rate, retention rate) for continuous performance improvement
- System development : If required, support in the further development of the CRM system
What you bring with you
- Professional experience in the CRM environment, ideally with corporate, agency or interface experience
- Analytical thinking and data-driven working methods
- Basic technical understanding (e.g. APIs, data flows, SQL is an advantage)
- Experience with common CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot)
- An open mindset and the ability to approach challenges in a solution-oriented, efficient and proactive manner
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and team spirit
- Language: DE + EN
