Location: Munich or Leipzig, Germany | Reports to: Team Lead License Operations | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Germany | Team Size: 9 | Language Requirements: Professional level German and English, written and spoken


As our new Operations Specialist - Enterprise Software and Channel (m/f/d), your main responsibilities will include processing invoices, contracts, and purchase orders in a timely manner. You will work with various aspects of technology and collaborate closely with our software and cloud vendors. Additionally, will you be managing CRM data updates, billing for our European subsidiaries, creation on contracts and assisting with administrative tasks within our ERP system.


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage customer data in CRM and ERP systems
  • Create customer and partner contracts, and set up in Crayon portal CiQ
  • Process orders and purchases in MS Dynamics 365, track with distributors and vendors
  • Support tenders, offer creation, and deal registrations
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Account Managers on process improvements and multi-vendor licensing queries


Your Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or software support roles
  • Strong background in using ERP/CRM systems and various software applications
  • In-depth knowledge of software licenses, including Adobe, AWS, Google, VMware, Citrix, Veeam, Acronis, Oracle
  • Expertise in managing and supporting software licensing requirements
