You’ll work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals to bring cutting-edge reconstruction therapy to patients—helping improve lives every day. Reporting directly to the Business Head - Endo Surgery, Germany, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth in one of Europe’s key markets.

? What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all field-based sales activities across Germany for Meril Endo Surgery
• Develop and execute winning Go-to-Market strategies
• Identify and seize new sales opportunities and forge strong customer relationships
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Deliver technical product support and customer training with excellence
• Leverage Meril Training Academies to drive professional education in your region
• Ensure all business practices are compliant with ethical and regulatory standards

? What You Bring:

• University degree or equivalent
• 5–12 years of sales experience in medical devices or equipment, particularly in hospital settings
• Strong understanding of Endo-surgery
• Based in Germany with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable delivering technical support and training
• Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus)
