Location: Nuremberg, Germany - Hybrid (4 days in the office)

The Role
They are now looking for a Team Lead Software Development to guide and strengthen their high-performing engineering team. This role offers a blend of leadership, mentorship, and hands-on development - ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, scalable systems while also coaching others to do the same.
As the technical lead, you will drive the team’s coding standards, support individual developer growth, and ensure delivery of high-quality features that directly impact customers and business outcomes.

What Success Looks Like......
Within 3 months: You’ve established trust with the development team, improved the pull request and code review processes, and contributed to architectural discussions and planning.
Within 6 months: You’ve led successful deliveries of high-quality features, guided the team through performance and refactoring improvements, and introduced new standards that elevate code quality across the board.
Within 12 months: You’re fully established as a key technical and people leader, consistently improving team performance, product scalability, and development velocity - playing a central role in helping the company scale toward its next funding milestone.
