A highly motivated and results-oriented individual is required with a proven track record in life science sales. If you possess a strong sense of urgency and a desire to win, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Manager for Europe.


In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your assigned territory in Germany , Austria, or Switzerland. You will also play a key role in shaping our future success by developing and executing strategies for business expansion and development, ensuring commercial and service excellence, and maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets across your assigned territory.
  • Utilize your technical and sales expertise to understand customer challenges and create timely solutions that integrate our products into their value chain.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and facilitating communication between relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing tools to accurately track and report sales activities.


Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a key account or sales manager for a life science supplier is essential.
  • You have a demonstrable track record of successfully managing biopharma accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets.
  • You possess a strong ability to identify and solve customer challenges by engaging with key stakeholders who have diverse priorities within complex organizations.
  • You have experience with value-based selling and navigating different sales cycles (e.g., CAPEX vs. Direct Spend on Consumables).
  • You are willing to travel up to 40% of your time.
  • Knowledge of a specific European market and an existing network of potential customers, along with additional language skills, would be a significant advantage.
