Your Impact

In this role, you'll be the visual storytelling force behind our clients' success. Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Video Production: Create compelling, high-quality video ads optimized for Meta platforms, with additional content for TikTok and Google.
• Creative Execution: Transform creative briefs and ad scripts into visually stunning, conversion-focused video content.
• Performance Optimization: Edit and refine videos based on performance data to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Visual Storytelling: Craft narratives that capture attention in the first 3 seconds and maintain engagement throughout.
• Writers Room: Come up with your own concepts and ideas and pitch them to the team. 

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional video editing skills for social media ads (please include with application)
• 2+ years experience creating high-performing video ads, primarily for Meta platforms
• German speaking (at least B2 or better)
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing software
• Strong understanding of what makes social media ads convert, particularly on Facebook and Instagram
• Experience with TikTok and Google video ad formats
• Excellent eye for composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
• Data-informed approach to creative decisions
• Up-to-date knowledge of platform-specific best practices and trends
