Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Fuel & Convenience Retail

Location: Poland and Germany

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced people with direct Field Service experience to support the maintenance and operational uptime of systems and assets across fuel stations and convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities are managing the :

• Support and troubleshooting for fuel station Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Maintenance of site systems including networked back-office systems, payment terminals, and forecourt controllers
• Service and repair of convenience store assets (e.g. coffee machines, chillers, food service equipment)
• Support for forecourt equipment such as car washes, air/water machines, vapour recovery systems, and related IoT-connected devices
• Interfacing with site operators and third-party vendors for escalations and resolution
• Performing regular preventative maintenance and ad-hoc call-outs

Candidate Profile:

• Previous management of field services in fuel station environments
• Working knowledge of retail systems and convenience equipment
• Good understanding of site connectivity and typical forecourt setups
• Comfortable working independently and travelling across designated regions
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and reporting skills
