We are delighted to be working with an award-winning, elite ServiceNow partner based in Germany, and we're looking for a talented and motivated professional to join their growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customisation.
• Fluent in German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to both clients and internal teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and trends to drive continuous improvement for our clients.
