To keep pace with our growth and evolving security needs, we’re looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead our internal systems and infrastructure teams into the future.

What You'll Do

• Lead & inspire a team of skilled system administrators across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Drive infrastructure strategy, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Take ownership of security compliance processes and certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
• Manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar) and hybrid deployments.
• Ensure system health, availability, backups, and recovery protocols are robust and tested.
• Maintain and optimize Linux-based environments with best practices in mind.

A bit about you

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure or SysAdmin teams.
• Solid grasp of cloud technologies and security compliance standards.
• Strong background in Linux systems administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
