Senior Consultant - New Relic (f/m/d)

Your Job:

• Lead the setup and optimization of centralized 24/7 monitoring operations in large-scale environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proper feedback loops and continuous improvement processes.
• Establish, document, and refine operational processes, workflows, and incident management practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for monitoring and observability platforms and mentor internal teams.
• Drive the integration of monitoring tools across the IT landscape and ensure proactive alerting and reporting mechanisms are in place.

Your profile:

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations with a focus on centralized monitoring in large corporate environments.
• Proven track record of working within or leading 24/7 monitoring teams.
• Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms:
• NewRelic
• SPLUNK
• Uptrends
• AppDynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in setting up effective incident response and escalation procedures.
• Fluent in English language proficiency and German language is a plus.
