Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our IT initiatives from concept through to release. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting IT projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial idea to go-live
- Analyzing, enhancing, and redesigning business processes
- Collaborating closely with business units and IT to understand and document requirements
- Creating requirement specifications, project plans, test cases, and process documentation
- Preparing and supporting user acceptance testing and ensuring smooth handover to production
Your profile:
Technical expertise:
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- At least five years of professional experience in a business analyst role or similar
- Solid understanding of IT systems and programming skills in technologies such as Java, Python, or SQL
- Experience in developing comprehensive project documentation
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in evaluating business processes and IT solutions
- Familiarity with project management and stakeholder collaboration
- Proficient in using tools like Confluence and Jira
Language and general qualifications:
- Proficiency in German at C1 level or higher
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Basic understanding of trading is a plus
