Note: This is a fully remote role. Sales development is not in-person or city-based — the focus is on pan-European outreach and relationship-building.


Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director – Health/Wellness B2B to lead and grow our commercial efforts across mid-sized professional clients in the health and wellness space. This role is responsible for driving B2B sales of our biomarker testing platform to clients such as longevity clinics, functional medicine practices, dietitians, and independent wellness and fitness centers throughout Europe.


Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be accountable for pipeline development, client acquisition, and revenue growth in one of our most strategically important segments. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and clinical delivery teams while maintaining autonomy and ownership over commercial execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and drive B2B sales across Europe for mid-sized wellness and healthcare businesses.
  • Develop a repeatable and scalable outbound sales strategy focused on high-fit professional channels.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across clinics, studios, and health practices.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive recurring commercial value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with the Chief Delivery Officer on large, customized, or institutional orders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting with a focus on measurable results.
  • Represent the company at virtual industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Share client insights to inform product development and marketing priorities.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthtech, diagnostics, longevity, or wellness sectors.
  • Proven ability to sell to healthcare providers, health professionals, or wellness businesses.
  • Deep familiarity with mid-market clients — from boutique clinics to performance-focused gyms.
  • Startup or scale-up experience with a hands-on, agile approach to sales growth.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French or German) are a strong plus.
