Construction Supervisor - Data Centre, Southwest Germany - 6 Months Rolling - Highly Competitive Day-Rate - Immediate Start - German-Speaking

I hope everyone made it through Monday in one piece.

I'm reaching out as we've been asked to put forward a Construction Supervisor/Co-ordinator to oversee the Electrical and Mechanical works on our clients' data centre in Stuttgart.

With multiple data centre's established across Germany our client already has a strong presence in the region. The role also offers the chance to work with closely with a seasoned Senior Project Manager who has successfully delivered projects of over 40MW.

With more projects planned across the DACH region, once completed there is the possibility of moving to a more senior role on another project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a 360 degree view of the projects' progress
• Communicate clearly to all general and sub-contractors handling different elements (mechanical, electrical etc.)
• Oversee all mechanical and electrical works within the project

Qualifications

• Fluent German (essential)
• Strong Communicator and organizer, proven examples of this and a hands-on approach to projects (essential)
• DC experience is positive but not mandatory
• If not DC similar experience overseeing mechanical and electrical works in a similar role
