Your tasks:

• Recording and processing failure reports (returns from customers) in internal systems
• Providing close support to CS analysts and engineers in the quality department
• Handling failure cases, including data entry into internal systems (e.g., CQMA, Excel)
• Packing/unpacking defective parts, taking photos, and sending parts to other locations

• Willing to co-work with colleagues
• Fluent English and German language skills
