The Role

Seeking a strategic and results-driven EMEA Sales Manager to lead B2B channel growth across the region. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to build and maintain high-level partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and resellers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, independent leader with a strong track record in the MI (Musical Instrument) industry, specifically in the guitar category. They will be responsible for owning the EMEA market, making key decisions, and driving revenue growth—without needing daily oversight.

This role reports to the SVP, Global Sales.


Responsibilities

  • Own and drive B2B strategy in EMEA, ensuring strong relationships and revenue growth.
  • Manage direct partnerships with leading retailers, distributors, and resellers.
  • Lead negotiations and high-level discussions to secure competitive positioning and long-term business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligning with corporate goals.
  • Make independent, data-driven decisions about pricing, inventory, and promotions to optimize market performance.
  • Improve partner engagement and education, ensuring retailers and distributors are motivated and well-supported.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with top partners to assess performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Act as the key decision-maker for EMEA sales, reducing reliance on upper management for daily approvals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure B2B campaigns are aligned and impactful.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insight to internal teams.
  • Travel within EMEA as needed to meet with key partners and attend industry events.




Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in MI/guitar industry sales, channel management, or business development.
  • Proven experience leading sales in EMEA, with established relationships in the region.
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills—comfortable handling high-level partner discussions.
  • Ability to work independently and execute strategy without constant oversight.
  • Understanding of B2B sales, retail, and distribution models in the MI space.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable traveling within EMEA as needed.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
