As a Marketing Manager, you serve as the primary connection between Marketing and the business—working closely with field leaders and industry heads to align strategies, inform campaigns through market and client insights, and ensure the successful rollout and adoption of initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking, deep industry understanding, and strong relationship-building skills to drive measurable business impact.
Your future responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and ensuring local execution and field adoption.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, account engagement, and service expansion, while monitoring performance and optimizing efforts based on feedback.
- Lead the rollout of marketing initiatives, providing toolkits, training, and support, and manage regional marketing budgets and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Foster alignment between Marketing and Sales, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for key accounts, while partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to support broader business initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance, while providing coaching and development opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2B campaign execution, lead generation, and adoption strategies.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in complex sales environments (IT, staffing, engineering, or professional services preferred).
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
- Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to campaign performance and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience coaching teams and sharing best practices across business units.
- Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
