Business Development Manager - Germany - Semiconductors

Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a growing semiconductor distributor specialising in innovative solutions and exceptional customer service across the industry to identify a Business Development Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, including ABB, Ericsson, Schneider, Nokia, and others.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the semiconductor distribution landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and optimize offerings.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer communications, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background; Bachelor’s in Engineering minimum.
  • 5+ years of sales / business development experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in power and wireless electronics.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; German preferred but not mandatory.


Compensation:

  • €100,000 + target-based bonus + company car
