Sales Operations Management Europe with primary focus on the German market
Develop, implement and manage sales operations processes to support the sales team as well as dealers and independent distributors in achieving targets and objectives.
Lead the sales forecasting process, including retail and wholesale projections, demand planning, and inventory management.
Manage the vehicle pipeline for the entire distribution network to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to independent distributors, dealerships and fleet customers.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery timelines and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
Implement performance KPIs to track progress and measure success against established goals along the entire supply chain.
Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in sales operations, distribution management or a related role in the automotive industry.
Proven track record of managing sales operations and distribution networks, preferably in a multi-national environment.
Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, distribution networks, and logistics management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
