Pharmaceutical Sales Representative


Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand long-term customer relationships with healthcare partners in the field of rheumatology (hospital physicians, office-based specialists, rheumatology medical assistants, medical assistants, pharmacists)
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets and drive growth of the product portfolio in the assigned territory
  • Regularly maintain and adhere to the communication plan
  • Actively utilize all available channels and materials to create a personalized multi-channel customer journey for customers in the region
  • Apply agile working methods actively
  • Use all available analytical tools effectively, including Digital Assistant, Advanced Analytics, Omnichannel Customer Journey, and Persona Segmentation


Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a pharmaceutical sales representative (Pharmareferent:in) and/or a degree in a life science-related field
  • Several years of experience in specialist and hospital sales; experience with biologics is a plus
  • Excellent ability to convey complex medical and scientific information
  • High level of personal responsibility, integrity, and discretion
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and German
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A laptop will be provided
  • The position is initially limited to 18 months, with the potential for permanent employment based on team performance

  2. Munich / Nuremberg / Würzburg
  3. Munich / Würzburg / Passau / Bad Aibling
  4. Schwerin / Usedom / Cottbus / Berlin


Job Details:

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Duration: 18 months with potential for permanent employment
  • Workload: Full-time, 5 days per week (37.5 hours/week)
  • Work Location: Field-based across Germany
