Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Build and expand long-term customer relationships with healthcare partners in the field of rheumatology (hospital physicians, office-based specialists, rheumatology medical assistants, medical assistants, pharmacists)
- Achieve sales and revenue targets and drive growth of the product portfolio in the assigned territory
- Regularly maintain and adhere to the communication plan
- Actively utilize all available channels and materials to create a personalized multi-channel customer journey for customers in the region
- Apply agile working methods actively
- Use all available analytical tools effectively, including Digital Assistant, Advanced Analytics, Omnichannel Customer Journey, and Persona Segmentation
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a pharmaceutical sales representative (Pharmareferent:in) and/or a degree in a life science-related field
- Several years of experience in specialist and hospital sales; experience with biologics is a plus
- Excellent ability to convey complex medical and scientific information
- High level of personal responsibility, integrity, and discretion
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and German
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A laptop will be provided
- The position is initially limited to 18 months, with the potential for permanent employment based on team performance

Job Details:

- Workload: Full-time, 5 days per week (37.5 hours/week)
